This workshop will enable staff responsible for administering the LibQUAL+® survey to develop work plans that they can apply in their libraries after they receive survey results, including how to analyze and present results visually, identify actionable items, and much more! Event Cancellation:
ARL reserves the right to cancel this event up to (and including) June 15, 2009. An e-mail announcement will be sent to registrants in the event of a cancellation. If the canceled event is fee-based, registrants will receive a full refund.
Participant Cancellations:
Written requests for cancellation will be honored until (and including) June 15, 2009 with a $50 cancellation fee. After that date, no refunds will be given. If you wish to cancel, please send an e-mail with your request to Yolanda Glass at yolanda@arl.org.
