2010 - Baltimore (Library Assessment Conference)
Several papers revolving around LibQUAL+® were accepted to present at this conference. You can the authors' presentation files on the Conference web site and read their papers in the 2010 Proceedings (22MB PDF).
Twelve posters on LibQUAL+® were accepted and presented at the 2010 Library Assessment Conference. Daniel O'Mahony (Brown) was awarded a People's Choice award for his poster "Sharing the Wealth: A Process for Engaging a Large Group in Coding LibQUAL+® Survey Comments." This honor went to only two out of the 80 posters on display, as voted on by the 470+ attendees. Julie Miller (Eastern Washington) was the other Judge's Choice award winner in the LibQUAL+® group for her poster "Using LibQUAL+® for Continuous Improvement at Eastern Washington University Libraries."
