LibQUAL+TM Spring 2003 Survey Results |
LibQUAL+TM is a suite of services that libraries use to solicit, track, understand, and act upon users' opinions of service quality. These services are offered to the library community by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). Results from the 2003 LibQUAL+TM implementation are available through a series of 12 volumes summarizing data from more than 125,000 users in 308 institutions.
Participants in the spring 2003 survey included college and university libraries, community college libraries, health sciences libraries, military libraries, public libraries, and state libraries in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and the Netherlands. This multivolume set includes:
