Event Description:
LibQUAL+® participants and interested parties are invited to attend the event "Service Quality Measurement in Libraries: A LibQUAL+® Exchange," to be held in conjunction with the 8th Northumbria International Conference on Performance Measurement in Libraries and Information Services, in Florence, Italy on August 17, 2009. The event will feature speakers from LibQUAL+® participating libraries who will share their experiences with the survey and discuss how they used the results. In addition, we will discuss the LibQUAL+® Lite protocol and recent international initiatives.
The cost of the event is FREE with advanced registration for the event. We encourage libraries to also attend the Northumbria conference.
