This strategically focused event is recommended for Library Directors,
performance measurement professionals and LibQUAL+® administrators.
This all-day workshop is designed for LibQUAL+® participants and other
libraries interested in better understanding how they can use their
assessment results effectively, identify actionable items, and
incorporate a cycle of improvement into the larger library assessment
framework within their institution. It will provide an opportunity of
all European LibQUAL+® Consortia to reflect on the experience from
LibQUAL+® so far within their local contexts.
