Online registration is now open for the 2012 LibQUAL+® Webcast, a free workshop designed to provide potential and current participants with vital information on the LibQUAL+® service. This one-hour webcast will provide practical information for administering a survey, help participants with interpreting the data and its analysis, and share best practices in using the results.
Key members of the LibQUAL+® team, Martha Kyrillidou and David Green, will host the webcast. We are excited to have Sandra Phoenix, Executive Director of the HBCU Library Alliance, join us as a guest presenter to talk to us about the HBCU Library Alliance Strategic Assessment Initiative which is funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and focuses on using LibQUAL+® to improve library services on HBCU campuses. Carla Stoffle, Dean, University Libraries and Center for Creative Photography, and Chestalene Pintozzi, Director of Project Management & Assessment, will also present on using LibQUAL+® at the University of Arizona.
There is no fee for attending this webcast and it will be recorded and made freely available on ARL’s YouTube channel.
The LibQUAL+® Webcast kicks off the 2012 ARL Statistics & Assessment Webcast Series. For more information on the other events in the series, please view our press release.
The recording of the webcast is now freely available on ARL's YouTube channel.
